This policy covers purchases made directly from Wayfindr (e.g., digital travel guides, downloads, access passes, or memberships if offered).
Eligibility
- Digital content: If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital file, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Once you access/download digital content after consenting to immediate access, you typically lose the right to cancel under consumer rules for digital content.
- Services: For scheduled services (e.g., a custom itinerary), you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Refund method and timing

Partial refunds and replacements
If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a working replacement at no cost. If resolution is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
