Scope

This policy covers purchases made directly from Wayfindr (e.g., digital travel guides, downloads, access passes, or memberships if offered).

Eligibility

  • Digital content: If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital file, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once you access/download digital content after consenting to immediate access, you typically lose the right to cancel under consumer rules for digital content.
  • Services: For scheduled services (e.g., a custom itinerary), you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Refund method and timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Non-refundable situations

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed after you agreed to immediate access.
  • Change-of-mind requests outside the stated windows.
  • Abuse, misuse, or violation of Terms & Conditions.

Partial refunds and replacements

If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a working replacement at no cost. If resolution is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
